In 2008 I attended the 1st Segmented Symposium at Marc Adams School of Woodworking. There was a breakout session on shellac and I attended. even though I was not interested because at the time my feeling was - who needs shellac?
WOW was I wrong! This breakout session on shellac changed my thinking.
Bottom line, shellac is outstanding and I now use it in many ways.
